Women's History Report
Due March 31, 2011
Here is where you will type your essays for your Women's History Report that is due
MARCH 31.
Make sure you edit ONLY your PAGE for your own REPORT!
(Look at the
NAVIGATION bar
to your left for you and your partner's name)
Do not edit someone else's page, or I will remove you from this group!
You may leave
COMMENTS
on another person's page that are related to their essay.
The format for posting should be like this:
Your name (First names only)
English Period 1 or 3
Name of your person
5 paragraph essay, which will include;
- Introduction
- 3 body paragraphs
- Conclusion
add a picture, and bibliography and you're done!!!!
Some questions to help you plan the essay:
- What is a major turning point in this person’s life and why?
- What is the most interesting fact about this person?
- How would you describe this person?
- If you could meet this person what question would you ask her? (concluding paragraph)
Grading Rubric:
- Five Paragraph Essay - 16 pts.
- Picture - 4 pts.
- Bibliography with at least
three
sources (not wikipedia!) - 5 pts.
TOTAL 25 pts.
Some GREAT websites you should use! Don't just use Wikipedia!!!

Fact Monster
Please remember NOT to:
- use fancy fonts, small fonts, handwriting fonts, etc.
- use any other color than
BLACK!!!!
- make your work look sloppy. Proofread, capitalize, add punctuation! You are BETTER than that!!!
